Prices

All of our prices are shown excluding VAT as default. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical error or to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Storage Systems Limited has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (with the exception of American Express). Alternatively, if you are purchasing on behalf of a limited company you can opt to pay on account by issuing a PO number. Payment can also be made in advance by company cheque or BACS. Should you wish to receive a proforma invoice please contact us.

Credit Accounts

Limited companies can choose to open a credit account with us and pay by invoice. When applying for a credit account, we will ask you to fill in a credit application and then a credit check will be done to ensure that we can offer you credit. Storage Systems Limited has the right to refuse credit to any customer and to ask for payment in advance if necessary. After delivery you will receive an invoice from us with 30 days terms.

Promotional Codes

If you have a valid promotional code, you can enter this code when you get to the checkout page when placing your order. Each promotional code has its own time constraints and percentages. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including discounted prices and package deals). If you are experiencing any problems entering your promotional code, please do not hesitate to Contact us. Please note only one coupon code can be used per order when buying goods for this website.

Title

Storage Systems Limited retains full title to the goods until payment in full has been received.

Payment Security

Your online payment is secured by Bank of Ireland using payment services from are certified by VISA and MasterCard to provide secure payment transactions in accordance with PCI DSS. All communications between the online store and your bank is handled by BOI and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).  Storage Systems Limited therefore does not have access at any time to your card information and cannot record or store your card details.
